Painting with p5.js teaches the fundamentals of Javascript and the creative coding library p5.js. In 3 hands-on sessions, you will paint and sketch while exploring the expressive capabilities of working with code. You will look at historical pieces of creative software and examine how they enable expression that can only be achieved on a digital canvas. By the end of the workshop, you will leave with new coding skills and a creative tool of your own making.
