In today’s fast-paced product development landscape, it’s easy to rush solutions to market without truly understanding underlying user needs. Hasty decisions result in missed requirements, unnecessary complexity, or arbitrary updates. These can manifest into random logo redesigns, useless new features, or an inability to find the things you once loved in an app you rely on. This workshop focuses on the critical skill of deep listening—an essential tool for uncovering the real problems your users face. By learning to listen deeply, you’ll gain richer insights and be better equipped to define success criteria. In turn, you’ll create products people truly love.
This is a coaching session and shared discussion led by Product and Growth Consultant and two-time Head of Product, Mariclare (MC) Hall. MC will share trusted techniques and a decade of anecdotes you can use to improve traction both professionally and personally.
