In this session, gracefully maneuver through new situations and conquer challenges by strengthening mind-body connections.
Come as you are to a movement workshop series designed for the workplace, and harness the power of the body to enhance your emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and non-verbal communication. Each session focuses on embodying different principles and concepts of personal and professional development, while also experiencing the joy of moving.

Instructor Bio
Instructor Gillian Bowen’s extensive training and immersion in the dance world from a young age have shaped her unique perspective on movement and its transformative potential. She currently teaches at the Martha Graham School in NYC and is the founder of Dear Dancer, a virtual dance company bringing technology to the dancer community to move it beyond its current limitations.
